My team and I have successfully represented the interests of buyers, sellers and asset managers.
Recently closed a most difficult short sale for Bank of America that had 4 Trust Deeds, HOA lien, and a bankruptcy. Worked closely with Wells Fargo in that transaction.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Science Degree with an associate degree in business management from Northeastern University.
California Department of Real Estate Brokers License for over 15 years in good standing.
Certification Approval as a short sale, expert by the National Association of Realtors.
As an enrolled member of the Harris Real Estate University coaching program,
I pursued my REO and BPO Specialist designation. This provides me with industry updates as they apply to the support requirements of asset managers, and bank owned assets.
